Refund Policy
Last reviewed 21 October 2026. This policy covers paid Pro Memberships and other paid subscriptions offered by Imam Mahdi Civilizition.
14-day refund period
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of a paid subscription or membership charge, including an initial purchase or renewal. Email your request within that period. Requests received after 14 days are not eligible under this policy, except where a refund is required by applicable law or a charge was made in error.
How to request a refund
Email imammahdicivilizition@gmail.com with “Refund request” in the subject. Include your Paddle order or receipt ID, the email address used at checkout, the membership or subscription name, and the purchase or renewal date. Do not include your full payment-card number or security code.
Review and processing
We will review the request and coordinate it with Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes eligible refunds and returns the funds to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on Paddle and your payment provider. If approved, paid membership benefits may end when the refund is processed.
Cancel separately to stop renewals
A refund request does not automatically cancel a recurring subscription. To prevent future charges, cancel using the subscription-management link in your Paddle order confirmation or contact Paddle customer support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not by itself refund a previous charge.
This policy does not reduce any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable law.
