Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Imam Mahdi Civilizition platform and paid memberships. Last reviewed 21 October 2026.
Acceptance
By using this platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
Seller and contact details
The seller is Syed Ahmad Raza Shamsi, operating Imam Mahdi Civilizition, Chunian, Kasur District, Punjab, Pakistan. Contact: imammahdicivilizition@gmail.com.
Payments
Prices, billing interval, currency, applicable taxes, and any renewal terms are shown before you place an order. You authorize the payment provider shown at checkout to charge the selected payment method for the amount due. Payment must be completed before paid membership access is activated. Any taxes or other charges presented at checkout are payable with the order.
Pro Membership and subscription billing
Pro Membership plans provide the features and access period described on the pricing page and at checkout. Unless the checkout identifies a one-time purchase or states otherwise, a subscription renews automatically at the interval and price shown when you subscribe until canceled. Renewal charges are collected at the start of each billing period through Paddle. We may update plans or prices prospectively; any renewal price change will be disclosed as required by applicable law before it takes effect.
Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring subscription using the subscription-management link in your Paddle order confirmation or by contacting Paddle customer support. If you need help locating that link, email imammahdicivilizition@gmail.com. Cancel before the next renewal date to prevent the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals; access generally continues through the paid period. Cancellation does not itself refund a payment. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy at /refund and applicable law.
Paddle Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Intellectual property
Unless a page or item says otherwise, the platform’s software, design, branding, original text, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Imam Mahdi Civilizition and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may access and use them for personal, non-commercial purposes through the platform; copying, republishing, selling, or distributing them requires our written permission or permission from the relevant rights holder, except where the law allows otherwise. Third-party and public-domain materials remain subject to their own rights and license terms. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and process it as needed to operate and improve the platform and provide the features you request.
Account suspension and termination
You may stop using the platform or request account closure by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay an amount due, create a security or legal risk, or use the platform for fraud or unlawful activity. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue; we may act immediately when needed to protect users, the service, or comply with law. Closing an account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription, so cancel it separately through Paddle to stop future renewals.
Religious content
Quranic text, narrations, tafsir and supplications are presented from established sources and third-party scholarly APIs. For rulings that affect your worship or obligations, always refer to your marjaʿ or a qualified scholar.
Translation Accuracy & Canonical Text Disclaimer
The original Arabic Quranic text, classical Hadith texts, and official editorial articles are the authoritative canonical versions on this platform. Automated dynamic translations into secondary languages are provided for accessibility and may contain errors or lose scholarly nuance. For fiqh, legal, or scholarly questions, consult the original Arabic and a certified translation or qualified scholar.
AI assistance
The AI assistants answer according to Fiqh Jaʿfariyya (Ithnā ʿAsharī) to the best of their ability, but they are software and can err. AI output is not a fatwa and must not be relied upon as a religious ruling.
Calculators and tools
Zakat, Khums, inheritance, prayer-time and Qibla tools provide estimates based on standard methods. Verify important calculations with a qualified authority.
As-Is warranty disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform and its content, tools, and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation, or that content or results will meet your requirements. This does not limit any warranty or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imam Mahdi Civilizition will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the platform. Our total liability for a claim relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount paid or payable for that service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Accounts and conduct
You are responsible for the security of your account and for the content you submit. Content that is unlawful, abusive, sectarian in an inflammatory way, or disrespectful of sanctities may be removed.
